Requirements:

5+ years in CNC maintenance and troubleshooting; skilled with Fanuc/Mitsubishi controls.
Proficient in reading schematics; advanced in MS Office for reporting.
Skilled with tools; maintain safety and standards in the workplace.
Detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated team player focusing on solutions.



Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair CNC machines; develop programs for optimal preventative maintenance.
Use real-time data and tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently.
Read and interpret documentation to effectively address faults.
Perform tasks like troubleshooting ball screws, bearings, spindle removal, and machine leveling.
