Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; college or trade school education preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to lift 40 lbs.
2+ years in a manufacturing environment, ideally electroplating.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Do to ITAR regulations must be US Citizen

Responsibilities:
Analyze solutions and manage plating processes following procedures.
Monitor and adjust plating currents, times, temperatures, and equipment.
Maintain accurate records and perform routine inspections.
Operate waste treatment systems and ensure safety and quality standards.
