Requirements: 

Seeking a Human Resources professional with minimum  3+ years in manufacturing. 

Fluent in Spanish and English. 

Experienced with ADP Workforce Now, and proficient in MS Office. In-depth knowledge of employment laws is essential.  

A degree in HR and PHR certification preferred. 

Responsibilities: 

Handling employee relations, interpreting and applying HR policies, administering attendance and discipline, and resolving conflicts.  

Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave of absence, including MA PFML. 

Responsible for recruiting, orientation, onboarding, training, and plant communications. Support EHS programs and maintain confidentiality in all matters.  

Perform additional duties as needed.
