Shift: Weekend 2nd.

Requirements:
The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for assisting engineers in developing and maintaining quality engineering methodologies and providing quality technical support within new product development, manufacturing, and quality systems, and is required to have a High School Diploma, with 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, with contract manufacturing (preferred).
Knowledge of medical device regulations (21CFR820, ISO 13485); as well as practical knowledge of basic inspection processes and measurement practices.
Must have technical training and/or experience in a related field.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities, as well as ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, quality, and safety.
Assist with qualification and validation processes under the supervision of the Quality Engineer (QE).
Collect and analyze statistical data to assess process capabilities and control processes.
Handle various responsibilities including calibration management, environmental monitoring management, non-conforming material reporting, inspection record approval, CAPA process support, identification of improvement areas, Gemba walks, and 5S activities. Other duties may be assigned.
